The patience and understanding of this business is unmatched! We had a space reserved for an outdoor party, with a setup time of around 1pm. It took us until almost 4pm to clear the cars, and Jill and the team never skipped a beat! They were insanely efficient setting up quickly, and getting the party rolling. Everyone had a tremendous time! Will DEFINITELY be using them next year, and I’d recommend them over any party rental company I’ve used. (And I’ve used a lot!) For our wedding she proactively scheduled multiple planning sessions with us, taking the time to get to know us, our style, and to build the overall schedule and flow of our wedding day. We rented tables and chairs for an event at our house. Jill was awesome. She was very responsive, quick to send me a quote, reasonably priced and was right on time for delivery and pick up! We had a great experience with this business and will definitely be using them for future events.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! We did a bunch of research, price comparing, seeing if there were other activities etc…palm tree had the best price for the longest time frame with the best inflatable! We wanted a slip n slide for our sons party due to having a great back yard for it, along with my kid get sketched out climbing the slides so the two lane slip n slide was perfect for us. The kids had a blast and literally didn’t stay off of it except to eat and sing happy birthday. It was a huge hit and we plan on doing a combo next time that way we have the slide and the slip n slide as it was such a great time. Set up was so easy, I just prepped my yard (grass cut the day before and dog waste picked up morning of) I was informed via voicemail that they would arrive the next day in the morning at 9am. They arrived right on time at 9am (which I love because my husband is military so huge points for being on time) The team came and literally did everything. I showed them where the water connect was and electricity and they had it set up in less than 30 minutes. It took a little time to fill the pool up at the end but besides that, they had it up and ready in no time. While waiting for the pool to fill I managed to speak to Jill, who was extremely friendly, very informative and a pleasure to be around. She told me a bit of their story, and you’d be happy to know the business is family owned and they take pride in what they do. How prompt and professional they are speaks volumes. we only needed the rental from 2-6 but they arrived at 9am which allowed for us to sneak in some family private time on it which was a huge unexpected bonus and we were very appreciative of it. Jill informed me they would arrive at 6 for the pick up and I told her no rush if anything else goes sideways as we will never complain about more fun time! They arrived right on time again at 6pm for pick up and I didn’t have to lift a finger. They came in, broke it down and were done in less than 45 minutes. Time spent talking was a good chunk. We’ve never rented an inflatable before and I’ve heard some horror stories so I was worried. Palm tree made it so easy and so amazing that it makes me want to do this for every party. And huge bonus for having the best party on the street for the summer! Thank you guys so much, we will definitely be speaking again.
