The patience and understanding of this business is unmatched! We had a space reserved for an outdoor party, with a setup time of around 1pm. It took us until almost 4pm to clear the cars, and Jill and the team never skipped a beat! They were insanely efficient setting up quickly, and getting the party rolling. Everyone had a tremendous time! Will DEFINITELY be using them next year, and I’d recommend them over any party rental company I’ve used. (And I’ve used a lot!) For our wedding she proactively scheduled multiple planning sessions with us, taking the time to get to know us, our style, and to build the overall schedule and flow of our wedding day. Thanks to these sessions, we felt very confident and were not stressing at all about how our day would go!!! On our wedding day, she absolutely delivered!!!! She brought incredible energy to the celebration, keeping our guests engaged/entertained with a great set of music that she helped curate to match our style. The entire process from booking to delivery to the party and then breakdown was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly nice and we would absolutely use again. In fact, we immediately said we want the same bounce house this same time next year! It was so much fun to have at our party!
