We weren't a big dollar client, only needing a popcorn machine for a few hours. Jared was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. Communication and delivery/pickup were prompt and easy. Thanks!

We had a great experience working with the Palm Tree Party Rentals team. We rented a bouncy house/ slide combo as well as a face painter for our daughter birthday. Everyone was responsive and professional. I would recommend Palm Tree Party Rentals to anyone looking to rent for their gathering.
We used this business for the DJ services. Our dj, Jilly was excellent! She absolutely kept the party going. From old school classics and the newer hits. She absolutely joined us on the dance floor and kept the evening flowing. She will forever be our DJ!!
Professional, great communication and friendly staff! They made the entire rental process seamless. I loved that we were able to get everything we needed in one spot (tables and chairs, large games, and an awesome inflatable axe throwing play center. Our employees loved it!
The bounce houses worked our perfectly for our holiday party. The delivery and pick up were on time and very nice and accommodating. Excellent customer service!

The patience and understanding of this business is unmatched! We had a space reserved for an outdoor party, with a setup time of around 1pm. It took us until almost 4pm to clear the cars, and Jill and the team never skipped a beat! They were insanely efficient setting up quickly, and getting the party rolling. Everyone had a tremendous time! Will DEFINITELY be using them next year, and I’d recommend them over any party rental company I’ve used. (And I’ve used a lot!) Thanks again for making this night special for our associates!
